Word of mouth is supposed to be the best for of advertising, good or bad, well we have had SEVERAL bad experiences, in fact each and every time we deal with this group it's bad. The company is called LabCorp, some of you may already know what I'm talking about others may not, without going into details I'll just say they are the rudest most incompetent group of people you will ever encounter, not only to me but to my wife Michelle, the sweetest person you will ever meet, they were rude to her...... It could just be there company policies I don't know, so here is my solution, word of mouth advertising, if you go to your doctor or hospital ask if they use LabCorp? If they do simply ask that they use someone else, eventually the word will get around, if you work for LabCorp you might want to let your bosses, bosses, boss know about this poor review of there services and start looking for a new job.
